I mainly use the CY20 for shopping and short journeys around town. It feels easy to control in traffic and I really like the upright riding position.
This is my first electric bike and I was slightly nervous before the first ride. It only took a few minutes to feel comfortable. The assistance feels smooth and the bike is easy to control.
I originally bought the RS-A01 for occasional rides, but I now use it for work and local shopping. It has replaced more short car journeys than I expected.
