WHY VOOLM BEGAN
A better e-bike should make everyday life simpler — not create new doubts.
VOOLM began with a straightforward frustration.
Too many electric bikes looked impressive online but left important questions unanswered. Was the range realistic? Was the bike suitable for everyday UK use? Where was it dispatched from? And who would help once the box had been delivered?
Rick Sillow founded VOOLM to build a more dependable alternative: electric bikes selected around real journeys, clearly presented specifications and support that remains available after the sale.
The goal was never to create the loudest bike or publish the biggest numbers. It was to create bikes people could understand, trust and genuinely use.

The bike is prepared for shipment, securely packed and assigned tracking before beginning its journey to the customer. Our support team remains available throughout delivery and after the bike arrives.
