All prices on voolm.com are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (£), inclusive of all applicable taxes. Delivery is free. No hidden charges are applied at checkout.

VOOLM has no access to your card details and does not store them on its servers.

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email summarising your items, delivery method, and the amount charged. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.

5. Payment Issues

If your payment is declined, we recommend:

6. Fraud Prevention

VOOLM reserves the right to cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout. If payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued within 14 days.
